The Horovitz trilogy - Perugia

Perugia. Saturday, February 13th, 2010 at 21.30 the Brecht San Sisto theater will held Horovitz trilogy.
Horovitz trilogy presents three-act plays by Israel Horovitz, translated and staged for the first time in Italy. The first, “The Indian Wants thé Bronx“, was written in 1968. The second, “Beirut Rocks“, and the third “Effetto Muro“, are instead the most recent productions, being respectively, were written in 2006 and 2009.

This is a unique event in Italy to celebrate the seventieth birthday of one of the most prolific writers of contemporary American theater. A project that stems from an international collaboration between Italy, United States and Korea, under the leadership of three directors (Luke Leonard - United States, Hyunjung Lee - Korea, Andrea Paciotti - Italy) who are confronted on the issue of racial prejudice.
